3.1 Coach data

• Personal details: First and last name, email address, password (encrypted), profile picture
• Location data: City and country
• Profile details: Short bio, niche, target audience, coaching format and mode, languages
• Qualifications: Certifications (internal only), years of experience
• Availability: Available days and times
• Pricing information: price range, currency, session duration, coaching duration
• Contact details: social media links, response time, video tool
• Review links: Trustpilot and ProvenExpert links
• Payment data: processed directly via Stripe — Mentavi does not store credit card information

3.2 Customer data

Customers use the platform without registration and without providing personal data. Mentavi only collects technical data (see § 4).

3.3 Automatically collected data

• IP address (anonymized)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited and duration of stay
• Date and time of access

• Provision and operation of the platform
• Creation and management of coach profiles
• Processing of subscriptions and payments
• Communication with coaches (e.g., confirmation emails, updates to terms and conditions)
• Quality assurance and profile review prior to publication
• Analysis and improvement of the platform
• Compliance with legal obligations

External review platforms

Linking to Trustpilot and ProvenExpert is done on a voluntary basis by the coaches themselves.

Mentavi has no influence on the data processing of these platforms.

Legal obligation

Mentavi may be required to disclose data to authorities if legally obligated to do so.

By registering, the coach agrees to the publication of the following data:

• Name, profile picture, bio, city, country
• Niche, target audience, coaching format and mode
• Languages, availability, price range
• Social media links (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Trustpilot and ProvenExpert links

The following are not displayed publicly: email address, password, and uploaded certificates.

• Coach profile data: For the duration of the active subscription + 30 days after termination
• Payment data: In accordance with statutory retention periods (10 years in Switzerland)
• Technical logs: Maximum 90 days
• Email communication: Maximum 2 years

Once the retention period has expired, data will be irrevocably deleted or anonymized.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform (e.g., login session) and cannot be disabled.

These cookies help us understand how the platform is used. They are only set with your consent.

When you first visit the platform, a cookie banner will appear, allowing you to grant or refuse your consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Despite these measures, absolute security for data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

Some of the service providers used by Mentavi (in particular Stripe, Webflow, and Zapier) are based in the USA. Data transfer is carried out on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

Mentavi ensures that it only uses service providers that guarantee an adequate level of data protection.

Mentavi reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Coaches will be notified of significant changes via email.

The current version is available at any time on the platform at mentavi.io/datenschutz.

This privacy policy is governed by Swiss law. For users in the EU, the provisions of the GDPR also apply.
